In-person sessions start at 60 min per session.

I will work with you in person to assess your range of motion and functional abilities. This will start our process and will provide a baseline for your wellness journey.

I understand progression is key in fitness. Training with me in person allows me to see your growth weekly and modify as your training as needed. In-person training is the best because then I can not only watch your progress, but make sure the movements are done properly, ensuring you get the most benefit from the exercises.

Virtual sessions start at 30 min per session.

We will start off by doing a virtual session to assess your goals and needs. If you are looking for mobility and range of motion due to working a desk job or previous injury. I can help. If you are looking to add muscle and definition or simply lose some weight. I am here to help. It won’t just be your goals - it will be OURS.
